We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of our policies.

  • All payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay.

  • You agree to pay all applicable fees as per your selected plan.

  • Subscription will auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

  • No refunds will be issued for partial use or mid-term cancellation.

5. USER CONTENT AND TRAINING DATA

  • You may upload data (documents, text, FAQs, etc.) to train your AI chatbots.

  • You retain ownership of your content. However, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use that data to provide services to you.

  • You are solely responsible for ensuring that your uploaded content:

    • Does not violate intellectual property rights or privacy laws.

    • Is accurate, lawful, and does not include harmful or offensive material.

6. USAGE RESTRICTIONS

You agree not to:

  • Use our services for unlawful purposes.

  • Create AI content that promotes violence, hate speech, misinformation, or illegal activities.

  • Interfere with or disrupt the platform or servers.

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the underlying code or models.

Violation may result in account termination and legal action.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All intellectual property related to AI Chitti — including software, content, branding, and documentation — is the property of Artisolv Technologies LLP or its licensors.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.

8. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

We strive for continuous uptime and performance. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Services may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen technical issues.

9. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Artisolv Technologies LLP shall not be liable for any:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages,

  • Data loss,

  • Business interruption,

  • Errors or inaccuracies in AI responses.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services during the previous 3 months.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically under the jurisdiction of Guntur, Andhra Pradesh.

13. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes your acceptance.
